Welcome to Nekken Virology. We are interested in visualizing the dynamics caused by viruses from the molecular to the international epidemiological level.
Our research interests include highly pathogenic viruses such as emerging viruses, filoviruses, flaviviruses, and alphaviruses.
Using live cell imaging, molecular interactions, and molecular evolutionary analysis, we attempt to visualize the viral life cycle including the host proteins interaction.
